Next Day Local Hand Delivery

We offer next day local hand delivery is available Monday to Saturday for the Waterloo Region and Surrounding areas for orders placed before 11:00 am Eastern Time. To ensure freshness, all Gift Baskets are prepared when the order is placed and are customized to suit the occasion and recipient.

 Provide Correct Address

To avoid delays in shipment due to wrong or incomplete addresses, we ask you make sure that you have a correct ship to address and daytime phone number for the recipient before ordering. We recommend sending all gifts to a business address whenever possible to ensure someone will be there to accept the package. When a gift is being delivered to a Hotel or Hospital, please be sure to provide the Recipient’s Room Number and Phone Number. Again, we recommend the gift be sent to a business or home address in case the recipient is discharged early.

Undeliverable Items 

This can occur, if incorrect address was provided, the order was missing information, the item is refused at the time of delivery, the recipient moved, it was deemed not safe to be left, etc.

If this occurs, the gift will be returned to our showroom and the sender will be notified at the phone number and/or email address provided at the time the order was placed.

For delivery to be attempted a second time, a second delivery fee will be applied, in addition to a 15% handling and restocking fee.

If the sender does not wish to reattempt delivery, the base cost of the gift less the 15% handling and restocking fee will be refunded to the purchaser. Please note that the original delivery charge will not be refunded since the original delivery attempt was made.

If we are unable to make arrangements for re delivery within 30 days of the return, the gift will be considered abandoned.
